DIY Ice Facial To Try At Home

Opening your freezer might provide rapid cooling comfort for your skin. But not in front of it, basking in the departing cold. An ice facial is a great summer skincare DIY project.

Using ice on your face has many skincare benefits. Many individuals keep skincare items in the fridge to minimise puffiness and tighten the skin.

Instead of an ice cube, you might use a spa-like procedure to chill your face. Make a cooling cucumber ice face mask to keep your skin cool and calm during summer.

1 ice cube tray
2 puréed cucumbers
2 lemons, juiced
1 cup of green tea (brewed)
¼ cup honey

What You’ll Need:-

1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the cucumbers, lemon juice, green tea, and honey.

What You’ll Do:

2. Put the mixture in an ice cube tray and freeze it.

3. Wait around four to six hours before removing the ice cube tray from the freezer.

Make sure the cubes are easy to remove and that your skin isn't too cold. Freeze the rest for later use.

4. After 7 to 10 minutes, remove the ice cube from your face and neck and pat it dry.

5. A warm washcloth can be used to remove the mixture from your skin.

6. Take advantage of the ice cube's skincare benefits by applying your preferred moisturiser afterward.
