That the hands show signs of ageing early on is a fact. You may have perfected your facial skincare routine, but don't forget about your hands.

From hand cream to sunscreen, here's how to build an anti-aging hand care routine.

Exfoliation can help remove dead skin cells from the surface of the skin, making it easier for the skin to absorb hydrating hand care products.

Exfoliate One to Two Times a Week

This can help not only salvage any excess product that may have gotten on your hands, but also nourish the skin on your hands.

Use a Serum

Retinol serums can be used on the tops of your hands. It reduces wrinkles and fine lines while also balancing skin tone.

Invest in a cuticle oil. To hydrate your cuticles, use coconut, sweet almond, or argan oil. Massage into cuticles and nail beds.

Nourish Your Cuticles

Hydration is essential for youthful skin. Keep your hands moisturised with a rich hand cream. Hand creams, unlike body lotions, are thicker and target rougher skin.

Apply Hand Cream
on the Regular

When moisturiser isn't enough, we like to give our hands some R&R. Massage weekly with nourishing oils like tamanu or argan.

Deep Condition

Every morning and throughout the day, apply broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher to your hands. BSP helps prevent sunburn, sun spots, wrinkles, and skin cancer.
